Negotiation, representation, and other relevant context

Nak’azdli First Nation represented by its Chief and Council (Nak’azdli), and the Queen in Right of British Columbia represented by the Minister of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation (the government) agree to amend Art. 3.2. of the economic and community development agreement signed in 2012, relating to payment procedures (Preamble).
Fiscal obligations: content

Nak’azdli will establish and maintain in their name a bank account at a Canadian financial institution to receive revenue sharing payments (Art. 3.2(a)). All payments that the government is required to make under the agreement must be paid into the bank account established by Nak’azdli for this purpose (Art. 3.21(c)).
